If you are looking to cut down on your nicotine consumption, or maybe even stop ingesting this substance entirely, I have one method you may want to consider.
You may have already heard of this now, and it is vaping, or by using an electronic cigarette.
There are many people who have switched to vaping from smoking, and some of them additionally choose to reduce and even sometimes completely eradicate their intake of nicotine completely.
I am aware also, that some would say nicotine is not the really bad aspect of cigarettes, that it is debatable whether it is even worse than caffeine, and may even have some benefits.
I’m not looking to get into how bad is, whether you really should try and cut it out of your life, but rather to just offer you some information about how you can cut back or even stop taking it in entirely.
One thing about vaping, is that vapor products come in varying nicotine levels, all the way down to zero nicotine, some high levels, and there are incremental levels in between.
I have not done this personally, but I have heard of people who have.
It is pretty simple to do also. They just temper down the nicotine level by incrementally using vape juice that has lower levels, until they are finally vaping just zero nicotine liquid, and apparently it has worked for them, pretty cool!

Remember that if you do decide to go this route, you would still be inhaling vapor, and granted most would agree that it has to be better than nicotine, or cigarettes for that matter, I don’t think anyone would argue that you are better off just inhaling fresh air. Common sense, but needed to point that out.
